TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The rate includes bed and breakfast service; in this regard, please communicate specific needs such as allergies and / or food intolerances in time.
There is no restaurant service.
Children up to 3 years stay for free; guests with children older than 3 years will have to opt for the accommodation for 3 people (TRIPLE ROOM).
Pets are allowed in the max. of 1 animal per room and must be indicated in the notes section of the booking form.
The booked room will be assigned according to the availability needs of the structure and preferential options will not be taken into consideration by the guest.
When booking, a security deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.
The security deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policies of the structure.
Cancellation policies
Free cancellation within 14 days from check-in date; cancellations made outside of this period, or in the 14 days prior to check-in, provide for the loss of the security deposit.
Guests are required to observe the scheduled time for check-in operations
CHECK IN : 11.00 am – 20.00 pm
Any other arrival outside this time slot must be promptly communicated to the structure.
Guests exceeding the number indicated on the booking form will not be admitted to the facility.
